After much research, I called Southern Star Pools and set up an appointment for Justin to replace our control panel, clean the filter, and to find a solution for the algae that wouldn't go away. Justin tackled all the problems with such expertise and determination. The pool chemicals were so out of balance that Justin had to drain a dozen inches or so of water out. He made several visits and always showed up when he said he would. He even found a plumber on short notice to fix a leak in our backwash pipe that leads to the front yard drain. I can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable he was in solving our problems. Their customer service is the best I have seen. And then to top it off, Britton just left after doing our first weekly pool cleaning. He too, went beyond my expectations. He did a fantastic job and so polite too . We are beyond pleased! We finally know we are in good hands. Thank you Southern Star Pool company. You are the best!
